SHIPPING

How do orders ship?

We currently work with USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers.

How much does it cost to ship?

For all purchases/orders over $50, shipping is FREE!

If your shipping address is within the contiguous United States:

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.

If your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii:

  • Shipping & handling is $19.95 for the first item and $5 for each additional item

If your shipping address is in Canada:

  • Shipping & handling is $19.95 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.
  • An international surcharge of 25% will be applied to the subtotal of every order shipped to Canada.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a shipping discount for orders over $50 shipped to Canada. As we grow, we hope to. Thank you for understanding!

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a $19.95 shipping and handling. If you have multiple orders, we’ll discount the shipping by $5.95 per item.

Do you ship to other U.S. territories?

Sorry, not at this time!

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We are extremely excited to have recently made our products available to our Canadian customers. Estimated shipping time ranges from 4-10 days.

Why do I pay an International Surcharge?

We charge an international surcharge to cover the additional cost to serve our international customers, including shipping and taxes. Please note: all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, but currently we do not ship overseas. We will try to change this in the future!

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed you can easily track its status in your Account page. You can also do this by clicking on Order History in the dropdown and selecting the order you wish to track. After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

PAYMENT

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or Monopoly money as payment.

When will my card be charged?

We will charge your card on the date your order is set to process. In the event your credit card or debit card is declined when we process your charge, we will continue to attempt to process your charge during the month until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete your charge, your order will be canceled and/or a Watch-U customer support specialist may contact you directly to update your account information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

Yes, It’s simple — if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, we will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 21 days and they are subject to a restocking fee of $9.95.  All, items, parts, manuals must be returned in order to get a refund.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada:

You may return your order at your own expense with no restocking fee. Please contact us to coordinate this.

How do exchanges work?

If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we’ll happily accommodate you under our Good Faith exchange policy. Our team will provide you with return instructions and will immediately ship out the product you’d like. (Please note: as with returns, exchanges are subject to a restocking fee).

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada:

Exchanges are allowed and you will be charged an additional shipping charge. Canadian orders will also be assessed an international surcharge. Please contact us to coordinate this.

How do I make an exchange or return?

How long will my exchange or return take?

Return ground shipping can take up to 7 business days, depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.
